Sleep: Not bad, but could be better
I didn’t stay up late talking to Awesome and got in the bed at a decent time. However, did hit the snooze–miscalculation as to when I really needed to be up this morning and chose to sleep in a little. Horrible thing though I fell asleep during Bible reading–and I had plenty of sleep too, sheesh.
Breakfast: Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on whole wheat toast, a friend’s killer oatmeal, walnut, and chocolate chip cookie–that is a terrible choice for breakfast, and water
Lunch: Chick-Fil-A, baby. I decided to take the kid on a lunch date since I needed to run errands in town and didn’t feel like driving all the way back home. Got a Caesar wrap combo with Caesar dressing–only used 2 tbsp. and not the whole package, with large fries–yeah, I know, and only one medium sweet tea with lemon–no refill
Snack: 3 covert op chocolate chip cookies and water.
Dinner: Ate after 7:30pm, which I’m trying not to do regularly, but had a mixed greens salad of romaine and iceberg with broccoli, sliced baby carrots, 3 tbsp. of fresh grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp. of ranch dressing, and water.
Physical activity: Like a bump on a log, folks.
Spirituality: I fell asleep during Bible reading–what in the world does that tell you?
I have got to get it in gear!
